Celebrating 20 Incredible Years of EnterpriseWorx at Monate Game Lodge 

As EnterpriseWorx celebrates 20 years of growth, innovation, and achievement, we took this milestone as an opportunity to gather the heart and soul of our company – our employees – for a celebration like no other. This anniversary was more than just a commemoration of our company’s success; it was a moment to honor the hard work, commitment, and passion of the EWX team that made it all possible. And where better to celebrate than the breathtaking surroundings of Monate Game Lodge? 

A Unique Setting for a Unique Team 

Nestled in South Africa’s stunning bushveld, Monate Game Lodge provided the perfect sanctuary for our 20th-anniversary celebration. With its lush landscapes and vibrant wildlife, the lodge set a beautiful stage for our team to unwind, recharge, and connect. It was the ideal spot for honoring two decades of achievements while creating new memories with the people who made it all possible. 

Thrills, Adventure, and Team Spirit 

Our celebration was filled with exciting activities that invited everyone to enjoy the great outdoors. From thrilling game drives, where we observed South Africa’s majestic wildlife in their natural habitats, to the excitement of clay pigeon shooting, there was no shortage of adventure.  

One of the highlights of the retreat was clay pigeon shooting – a challenge that tested aim and reflexes! Armed with shotguns and a good dose of competitive spirit, our team took on clay pigeon shooting with enthusiasm, adding a spark of friendly rivalry to the day. It was a new experience for many, and it brought everyone together in laughter, camaraderie, and shared challenge. 

As the sun began to set, we wrapped up our activities with stories, reflections, and toasts, eager to kick off the evening’s celebration in true bushveld style. 

An Evening Under the Stars in the Bush Boma 

The evening led us to Monate’s stunning bush boma, a traditional outdoor setting under a canopy of starlit skies. Here, surrounded by the tranquil sounds of the bush, we celebrated in spectacular fashion around a warm, crackling fire. The glow of the fire lit up our faces as we shared stories, laughed, and reflected on our journey together. It was a truly magical moment, with the beauty of nature amplifying the joy and pride of this occasion. The setting embodied both the warmth of our team and the enduring bond we share, creating memories that we’ll cherish long into the future.
